Award Winners - Made in Yorkshire 2023 - Cobra Sport wins Manufacturer of the Year (Under £25M) & Apprentice of the Year

Cobra Sport Exhausts are thrilled to announce that we won awards in both shortlisted categories at the 2023 Made in Yorkshire Awards.
The first successful award of the evening was for Manufacturer of the Year (Under £25m). Insider (The UK's National B2B Media Company), recognised how Cobra Sport has gone from strength to strength with a clear growth strategy and an innovative approach that enables Cobra Sport to stand out in the marketplace.
The second success of the evening went to Cobra Sport's research & development apprentice Will Keelan who received the prestigious Apprentice of the Year award. Insider acknowledged how quickly Will has progressed his career, starting in fabrication and welding and working up to Level 4 production within his first 6 months at Cobra Sport and then being promoted to Apprentice R&D Technician. The Insider judges stated that Will has gone "above and beyond" expectations of an apprentice and called his achievements "exceptional".

Reflecting on receiving these prestigious business awards, Cobra Sport's managing director Rachel Abbott commented: "To have our continuous hard work and efforts recognised against such a diverse crowd of outstanding competition is a humbling experience and it will only motivate the whole team further."
